COVID GUIDELINES
In order to remain healthy, we ask you to strictly adhere to the following rules of conduct:
• Please note that you can only attend the Sales Meeting in Rome with a current vaccination certificate (the last vaccination must be completed at least 14 days before) or Antigen tests max. 48h & PCR max. 48h before.
• Self-tests/"living room tests" even with QR code are not permitted.
• If you have any symptoms of illness, please do not attend the event.

Please inform yourself about the country-specific entry-instructions concerning your entry of italy and follow the instructions.

You need to fill in a Pre-registration via the European Digital Passenger Localization Form (EDPL). Link: EU Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) (euplf.eu) The Form is available in many languages.
Hygiene rules
• Please keep the prescribed safety distance at all times.
• Mouth-nose protection is mandatory throughout Italy in outdoor public spaces whenever the minimum distance from other people cannot be maintained.
• In enclosed spaces it is compulsory to wear a mouth-nose protection. A mask must therefore always be worn, even in the hotel and in the seminar room.
• Please wash your hands thoroughly several times a day.

We will be staying in beautiful downtown Rome in the historically oldest district of Rome, Trastevere, at the Hotel Voi Donna Camilla Savelli which has a nice green courtyard and a roof terrace with a spectacular view over Rome.
