By signing a cooperation agreement with BWF Offermann, Waldenfels & Co. KG (Offingen, Germany), RATH takes over the latter’s ceramic hot gas filter cartridge production. The agreement concerns the production of ceramic hot gas filter cartridges of BWF Envirotec GmbH, which is now to be carried out by RATH Filtration in its own Hot Gas Filter Competence Center in Meissen (Saxony, Germany). Since 2016, all catalytic and non-catalytic ceramic filter elements have been manufactured there and sold under the respective brands FILTRATH®CAT and FILTRATH®.

Ceramic hot gas filter cartridges by RATH Filtration can be used at temperatures up to 1000 °C. It is no longer necessary to cool down the exhaust gases for the purpose of filtering, which saves companies both energy and money.
