Suprath bricks are made of various fireclays with an alumina content up to around 50%. Depending on the raw material, bricks with high solid density, good thermal shock resistance and temperature deformation resistance can be produced.

Fireclay bricks are used in a wide variety of industries. For use in a carbon monoxide atmosphere, the range includes low-iron and high-fired bricks. The range also includes varieties with high abrasion resistance and slag resistance.
